Jeni Quigg, LMHC, knows this work from the inside. A trauma-informed therapist with advanced training in PRT and EAET, she uses body-based healing approaches and parts work to help clients finally feel safe in their own nervous systems. She also trains clinicians...
Olivia holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and has dedicated her career to empowering clients to reclaim their lives through holistic therapeutic techniques. With over 14 years of experience in inpatient rehab, acute care, and hospice settings, Olivia brings an evidence-based approach to helping individuals overcome chronic pain and persistent symptoms with a warm, empathetic, and safe presence.
After personally experiencing and recovering from long COVID/post-vaccine injury (including a diagnosis of POTS, ME/CFS, and PEM), Olivia discovered the transformative power of Pain Reprocessing Therapy, igniting her passion for guiding others through similar recoveries.
Sara Clerk, MA in Integrative Health, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher. She entered into the field of chronic pain and symptom recovery coaching after years of navigating her own persistent symptoms and believes that recovery unfolds naturally the more we deepen our connection with ourselves and our present-moment experience.
Her approach balances practicality with depth and active change with cultivating presence and inner knowing. She offers a warm, steady and relaxed presence during sessions, allowing curiosity and co-regulation to support each client's unique unfolding into greater ease and well-being.
After living with chronic fatigue, pain, and other persistent symptoms for nearly 20 years, it is an honour to use my knowledge and lived experience to help others navigate their own healing journey. If you choose to walk this path alongside me, I'm right here with you, and I truly believe real change is possible. Let's do this.
We don't push and rush. We follow your nervous system's lead.
Every session is built around one thing: creating enough safety that your system can finally update.
Healing here doesn't look like grinding through discomfort or pushing past your limits. It looks like slowly, carefully teaching your brain that it's safe to feel again — and safe to let the alarm down.
Not sure who to work with?
All of us work within the same framework — your nervous system can heal, and your symptoms are real, reversible, and not your fault. The difference is in scope and entry point.

I Did Everything Right. Nothing Worked.
For two decades, I was the difficult case, collecting diagnoses, getting nowhere.
Four diagnoses. Zero real answers.
Couldn't walk 3 blocks. Clothes hurt.
Every specialist. Every treatment. Nothing.

I was that "difficult case" doctors couldn't quite figure out why I was in so much pain and had so many symptoms. Although I was given many… many… diagnoses over the years: Hashimoto's, Lyme, Mold toxicity, even Rheumatoid arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis…
For two decades, my world kept getting smaller.

For most of my adult life, I was caught in a cycle that felt impossible to escape. There were stretches where I couldn't walk 3 blocks without triggering a flu-like crash. My spine felt like it was being twisted in a vice. I got really scared when wearing clothing became excruciating and I felt like I was tearing ligaments if I tried to stretch.
I cancelled plans, missed experiences, and quietly grieved pieces of my life — one symptom at a time.

I did everything I was supposed to do. I saw the specialists. I tried the treatments. I spent my whole day managing symptoms. I searched for the answer that would finally fix what felt so broken in my body.
For 24 years, the pain was real — and often relentless.
Then I Found the Compass.

For the First Time, an Answer
Pain Reprocessing Therapy was the first thing that finally made sense of everything.
The brain learns pain. It can unlearn it.
False alarms, not damage.
The noise quieted. I came back.

What changed everything wasn't another specialist or another supplement.
(I'm sure I could retire on how much money I spent trying to get better!)

Pain Reprocessing Therapy was the first time someone finally gave me a map. A diagnosis that made sense of everything: central sensitization — the understanding that my brain had learned to create pain, that it was sending false alarms, and that it could learn something different.
My nervous system had learned pain. And it could unlearn it.

When I finally found neuroplastic pain recovery, something shifted. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But I began to move differently — toward my body instead of away from it, with curiosity instead of fear. The symptoms that had defined my life for decades began to quiet.
And I began to come back to myself — only better.

It changed what I knew was possible — for me, and for the people I work with.

Earlier in my life I had trained to be a Marriage and Family Therapist but during that program I got in a car accident and my life was never the same. As I was getting help retraining my brain
I knew I had to point the way out for others.

You Are Not Broken
I built Rewire With because I know what it feels like when your body feels like the enemy.
Your nervous system learned this. It can learn something else.
The brain changes. Pain rewires.
You deserve your life back — not just managed symptoms.

I built Rewire With because I know how isolating it is to be in a body that feels like the enemy. I know the exhaustion of not being believed, of advocating for yourself in rooms where no one has answers.
And I know that healing — real healing — is possible, even when it doesn't feel that way yet.

My work is grounded in the science of neuroplasticity — the understanding that the brain can change, that pain signals can be rewired, and that safety is something the nervous system can re-learn.
You deserve to come home to your own life. Because this work changes everything.

I felt so moved by your talk. Even I who've been in this field for so many years, teared up because I felt so seen. Jeni you are such a natural; such personality and compassion and insight and warmth. I feel like you were talking directly to me. I was so moved.
