Rewire With is operated by Jeni Quigg, LMHC, based in Bellingham, Washington. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Rewire With and its affiliated practitioners.

• Name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter, lead magnet, or free resources
• Contact information when you complete an inquiry or booking form
• Payment information when purchasing a program or service (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Health-related information you voluntarily share in intake forms or session notes (handled under HIPAA for therapy clients — see below)

Information collected automatically:

• Basic analytics (pages visited, time on site, referral source) via Google Analytics

HIPAA & Therapy Client Records

If you become an individual therapy client of Rewire With, your protected health information (PHI) is governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). You will receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices as part of your intake paperwork. Client intake forms are collected and stored through IntakeQ, a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Email Communications

By joining our email list, you consent to receive educational content, program announcements, and community updates from Rewire With. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Email is managed through Google.

Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as you remain subscribed or have an active relationship with us. Therapy records are retained according to Washington State law (minimum 7 years; 10 years for minors after reaching adulthood).

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and the right to opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us immediately.
